Actors and real-life guests Seth Rogen and James Franco reunite in “Sausage Occasion,” an R-rated film about titillating grocery store foods ignorant of the fate that awaits them after they’re purchased. Franco, tongue in cheek, calls it seemingly “the perfect film ever made.” The comedy duo are moreover working collectively on a film about the making of the contaminated 2003 cult film “The Room,” which Rogen says “is known for being the worst film ever made.”
